skin is the most valuable accessory.
No need to buy expensive
bags, accessories, brand name clothes,
high heels and especially
make-up.
Just having clear and
healthy skin is enough, whatever you wear, wherever you are
just be confident to
show your perfect skin.
You will never be out
of trend and never stop being observed.
In this post, I would
love to share 5 ways to get clear and healthy skin to you.
Firstly, I got to say that this post is not
about the ways to get brighten skin.
I truly believe that our natural skin colours are most beautiful, no need to make it unnatural.
You can look gorgeous in all tan, honey,
bright and dark skins.
What you need is to make them look
healthy and clear. :)
Let's begin.,,,,
#1 Eat lots of FRUIT & FISH & WATER
You should pay close attention to what you eat. It's easier for us to eat supplements, but you can just eat good and healthy food in your daily life.
Fruit, I would recommend you to eat more fruit, could have after meals or during the day. Especially, green apple, they moisten, nourish, soften and renew skin in a better way.
Fish, it contains Omega-3 fatty acids that help in making good skin structure, so you can get fresh and glowing skin.
Water, as you know that we should drink about 2 liters of water a day, so let's drink!!!
#2 Avoid Sunlight !!!
Being outdoors in strong sunlight is not a good way, if you would like to have clear, soft and moisten skin.
You should have a brazer, a jacket, a scarf, or at least an umbrella to protect your skin from sun's damaging.

#3 Use Sunscreen !!!
It's a Must-have item which is really important. Always make sure that you apply spf 15 or higher sunscreen before going out. You should find a good sunscreen which is suite to your skin type and colour.
Personally, I have a very sensitive skin and I easily allergy to any products even skincare. the sunscreen which I love is a Coppertone faces lotion SPF 50 sunscreen. It works very good with my skin and I love it much. For further info. - Coppertone.com
#4 Must apply Moisturizing care
You should find nice skin care which is suite to your skin type not just because it's popular in many websites.
Apply moisturizing care at least 2 times a day to nourish and moisture your skin. it's better to try tester size of skin care before buying regular size because it might not works good with your skin, avoid skin allergy as well.

#5 Do Body Scrub - Milk + Honey + Spa Salt
You should scrub your body skin at least two times a month. Body scrub helps keep your skin silky and smooth, rubs away the dead skin cells on the surface.
When I have free time, I usually do body scrub at home. If I were busy I need to relax, I always have a body scrub treatment at a spa. Actually, you can do it on your own by making an amazing scrubs at home.
What you need are milk, honey and spa salt, mix them up at a good texture, scrub your skin and leave it on about 3 minutes before taking a shower. You will be surprised how soft your skin is.
These 5 ways are pretty easy and useful, if you would like to have clear and healthy skin, it's not that hard to get start.
